The Cyberjaya affordable housing boasts an almost 100% IBS rating which has garnered a special government grant for the development of the system construction.

Located near the Selangor Science Park 2, this 850-units development in 3 and 4 stories has a plinth area of only around 30% of the 20 acres land. The remaining land is used for landscaping, car parking, and amenities such as futsal, basketball, badminton, multipurpose hall, kindergarten, and surau.
