The JB Tower - a 35-storey mixed development of 72,000 sf rising from a plot size of only 1.65 acres is slated to become a landmark tower along Jalan Lingkaran Dalam in Johor Bahru. The development consists of serviced apartments, SoFo, shops, showrooms, speciality restaurants, and a hotel with its attendant facilities and F&B outlets. 

Honesty to materials such as off-form concrete, face bricks, terra cotta tiles and natural timber form the palette for this development in this striking contemporary design.
